Live Online Classes

Online classes are not refundable. We have a 24 hours grace period in case you need to reschedule or change your class. No shows will be charged 100% without refunds. In case of a medical emergency, please provide valid documents to be considered for a refund.

Video Courses

All video courses are available for viewing for up to 24 months. You will need to renew your subscription after the course is expired. All purchases are final.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are exempt from being returned. All digital downloads are valid for 12-months. Please download your files as soon as your purchase has been made.

Physical Items

Our physical items are provided by a third-party manufacturer. Certain products are not returnable. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at thefluentlab@gmail.com and you may be eligible for a store credit.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
